Corporate Social Responsibility
CSR Initiatives
Our passion to make a difference and to give back to the community is hugely important to us. We exist to challenge the status quo in our industry and if we can give back along the way it makes it even more worthwhile.
Environmental Impact
Talenza as a part of The Transformation Group have embraced the challenge to make a real difference in Australia's environmental landscape. Each step we take towards a greener future is all made possible by our clients, candidates and the impact of Reforest Now. Since 2020 to October 24 - we’ve planted 17,500 trees! This equates to 43.75 hectares of trees – which would cover the entire MCG twice!
The sites we have planted at in northern NSW were once part of the Big Scrub rainforest, Australia's largest expanse of subtropical rainforest. After extensive clearing only 1% remains today. These sites when reforested will connect fragmented remains and expand the size of the existing rainforest.
Planting the Forests of the Future
Environmental non-profit ReForest Now’s mission is to protect, conserve and regenerate Australia’s forests by planting over 150 species of vulnerable and endangered native trees.
Fundraising Initiatives
We take the initiative to be part of various groups, boards and organisations that are focused on making a social impact.
Last year Talenza raised over $100K for the Suncorp Spirit to Cure cancer research, prevention and support. To raise this money we had 50 people involved across 6 events in Newcastle, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney – including a 3 day cycle from Noosa to Brisbane.
This year, Talenza took part in Westpac Ride for a Cure. As a team we rode riding 350km from Port Stephens to Sydney to raise funds for Tour de Cure, raising over $6K.
Help find a cure for cancer
Any contribution, whether big or small, will significantly support us in reaching our goal.
Social Impact
As a business who is committed to supporting the economic stability of our communities and creating a fair and equal world, we are actively creating opportunities for minority groups to reach their full potential.
We do this by highlighting the voices of women and first nations people across various conversations, check out our related articles below.
