Timesheets

Timesheets are submitted through our timesheet portal, Xemplo. After you complete your onboarding with Xemplo, you can conveniently submit your timesheets directly from your dashboard by clicking here. (Just a quick note: you won’t need to do this if you’re using a client-specific timesheet.)

FAQs

For fortnightly pay cycles, timesheets must be submitted by Friday afternoon each week. Timesheets should be approved by close of business on Monday.

For monthly pay cycles, timesheets must be submitted on the last business day of the month. Timesheets should be approved by the 3rd day of the following month to ensure payments are processed on the 5th.

If your timesheet approver is on leave or if you are experiencing any delays, please contact us at contractorcare@talenza.com.au as soon as possible for assistance.

Your payslip, or RCTI if you have an ABN, will be issued once your first payment is processed, according to our payroll schedule.

You will receive your pay slip via email but can also download these via our timesheet portal Xemplo.

Please reach out to our Contractor Care (contractorcare@talenza.com.au) team to discuss this. Please note that if we can enable the change over then we will need to reissue Employment Contracts and create a new worker profile for you in Xemplo. Please also note that we only allow Pty Company ABN’s and not Soletrader ABN’s. If you have any further questions please reach out to our Contractor Care team (contractorcare@talenza.com.au).
