Enterprise Change Manager Melbourne CBD $1,000 - $1,100 a day inclusive Talenza have been engaged by a leader in financial services space to source an experienced Enterprise Change Manager to work with the organisation as they embark on an enterprise-wide transformation. The organisation is looking for candidates with senior stakeholder management experience in financial services. You will work closely with the Program Manager, Senior PM, Head of Marketing and SLT on delivering this major piece of work. About the company The organisation is based in Melbourne's CBD and is regarded as one of the major players in Australia's financial services industry. About you You will be an experienced Enterprise Change Manager who has worked on significant transformations which have impacted both employees and customers.

  • Change Master Planning: Develop and oversee comprehensive change management plans to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes. Strategically align change initiatives with business objectives.
  • Change Strategy Implementations: Lead the implementation of change strategies, ensuring they are effectively executed and embedded within the organisation. Monitor progress and adjust as needed to achieve desired results.
  • Management of Senior Stakeholders: Engage and collaborate with senior stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives. Communicate effectively to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Organisational Design: Evaluate and optimise our organisational structure and roles to ensure they align with our strategic direction. Conduct organisational design assessments, analyse reporting lines, span of control, and departmental relationships.
  • Communication and Engagement: Craft and implement robust communication plans to effectively share change-related information across the organisation. Develop compelling messages using various communication channels and tools, fostering understanding, engagement, and commitment to change.
  • Culture Change: Lead efforts to shape and transform our organisational culture to support desired change outcomes for the new operating model.
  • Change Team Leadership:Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional change teams, fostering collaboration, setting clear objectives, and ensuring the team's alignment with change management goals, resulting in successful execution of complex transformation initiatives.
