Talenza's client in the government sector is looking for an IT Business partner to provide high level IT consultancy advise. Ensuring IT solutions and strategies align to business requirements. You will be working with well-established and reliable teams, in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is on an initial 6 months contract working a hybrid week based in Brisbane CBD. Your responsibilities:

• Manage high level stakeholders on the business side
• Facilitate workshops to discuss IT strategies and solutions
• Advising/consulting on IT strategies and solutions to ensure they meet business requirements
• Document requirements
• Identify opportunities for improvement through provision ofIT solutions/strategies.
• Manage IT service delivery to agreed service levels and improve levels of service.
• Assess and manage stakeholder satisfaction levels.
• Identify critical issues and offer advice on relevant solutions in IT.
• Provide opportunities of improvement on processes.

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in providing high level IT consultanting advice
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation communication skills to promote effective relationship management and delivery management in maximising client service.
• High level of conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Substantial knowledge of current and future IT trends and their application to a large complex business environment.
• Ability to work with and present to high level stakeholders including Directors/Executives
