**This is a support role, not a software developer role**Talenza's have been engaged by an ASX listed manufacturing client to find a Brisbane based Application Support Specialist for a long-term contracting role. The role requires a strong understanding of SQL databases, application support and strong skills with troubleshooting, integrations and migrations. Essential Requirements

• 5+ years in a support focused role, working with internal stakeholders.
• Strong SQL database understanding with the ability to write complex queries.
• An understanding of legacy applications built in visual basic (desirable).
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining applications.
• Experience migrating applications onto new platforms.
• Experience working with modern technologies including API servers.
• Experience in industries including; industrial, heavy industries, mining, manufacturing are highly desirable.
