What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust CRM systems using C# and .NET technologies. This is largely configuration work around the existing MS Dynamics system which has recently been implemented. You will have experience across APIs and strong integration expertise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM solutions with other banking systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our CRM system by incorporating feedback and implementing best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in C# and .NET framework.
• Experience with CRM systems or related applications.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
