Description
As a Change Manager, you will bring your expertise and join a close knit team to build on the change and communications plans required for the Compliance project. This is supporting a client in the education sector based in Brisbane inner suburbs. You will work with an orgnisation that supports a flexible work environment with a hybrid WFH/O (1-2 days p/w).
Your Responsibilities will include
Develop and execute a fit-for-purpose change management strategy
- Develop and implement communication plans
- Identify, evaluate, manage and mitigate risks
- Facilitate workshops to support change management activities
- Manage readiness and transition activities
- Develop and deliver any training materials in line with the changes
- Perfom analysis and change impact assessments to form the appropriate change strategy and activities
- Identify and manage change resistance
- Ensure compliance to meet project requirements
- Provide updates and reports on changes to support project delivery
Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management with the relevant Change Qualifications (e.g. PROSCI Certified)
- Proven experience on developing change materials including change plans, communication plans, and training materials, change processes etc.
- Ability to develop change strategies to meet project requirements and business needs
- Proven experience supporting business change through the provision of benefits, risk, change control, quality, finance, resource and information management.
- Strong stakeholder manager with the ability to engage and influence as well as manage resistance to change
- Experience in the Education sector is preferred
- Experience with Compliance/Safeguarding/Complaints projects is beneficial
