Talenza has been engaged to source a Senior Risk Business Analyst for a GRC- system implementationAs a Senior Business Analyst, you work closely with the Senior Project Manager for the bank's critical risk program, which is led by 2nd Line Risk, with significant delivery support from across the business.Must haves:

• 6 + years as a Senior Business Analyst within Financial Services
• 5+ years working in Risk / Compliance, looking for breadth of exposure to the full spectrum of risk management
• 5+ years project delivery at a mid+ size financial services, preferably banking
• 5+ years Business Analyst experience, end-to-end systems delivery lifecycle (requirements > design > build > test > deploy > rollout), strong preference to implementing a GRC (governance, risk, compliance) system (Archer, Protecht, Open Pages, etc.)
• 3+ years Risk or Compliance transformation
• 3+ years leadership experience, having direct reports / line management duties
• Extensive Risk and Compliance experience required (transformation/uplift preferred)
• Must be aware of risk concepts across risk classes.
• Should be from a banking/insurance domain with 7+ years of experience as a Senior BA within medium to large organisations.
• Strong demonstrated experience of the following:
  • Critical is being able to lead and influence in challenging environments including illustrated examples of socialisation of a view with risk and compliance stakeholders
  • Core analytical skills, including - breaking down problems and developing effective requirements and solutions; facilitating workshops, and building relationships with key stakeholders and external partners across all levels
  • Definition of requirements for RCSA, Risk and Compliance Governance Structures, Risk Accountabilities and Capabilities and Compliance Management Frameworks.
  • Ability to define and clearly document target state models, business processes, business requirements and end to end test scenarios for risk processes
  • Benefit and option analysis to support feasibility outcomes of strategic initiatives
  • Experience with BABOK
  • Certification in a scaled agile framework or other agile accreditation/s
  • Application and working with product owners developing prioritised backlogs based on value
