Exciting opportunity to join one of the Big4 Australian Banks, as they lead the way in transformation and major technological simplifications over the coming 5 years.

You will be joining an established team of IAM specialists and talented engineers, working on the banks customer facing applications. Hosted within an AWS environment, this role involves designing, building, configuring, and implementing IAM solutions using the banks chosen IAM platform - Ping Identity products (PingAccess, PingFederate, and Ping Directory) in accordance with SAML 2.0 and OIDC/OAuth standards.

You will provide technical support to project and Level 3 support teams, consult with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose solutions, and triage business needs to recommend suitable options on the Ping platform. You will also be responsible for reviewing and updating project handover and operational documentation, collaborating with teams to ensure design integrity and strategic alignment, and leading and mentoring team members.

We are looking for:

• Expertise with an industry-standard IAM platform (e.g., Ping, Okta, Forgerock, NetIQ, Tivoli, etc.)
• Experience with systems development, support, and maintenance with specialist knowledge in IAM
• Knowledge of security design principles for IAM solutions
• Hands-on experience with OAuth, OIDC, and SAML
• Extensive LDAP knowledge, including schema extension, LDAP object management with commands, gateways, API access management
• Java development experience (preferred)
• Experience in a DevOps/Cloud environment, particularly AWS (preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
