Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Technology & Transformation Consultant to join our rapidly expanding organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact, collaborating within a national professional services organisation to expand its consulting business across the QLD state.

A group wide organisation that has grown from zero to $120m revenue under 8 years via organic growth (No investment to date), where over the past 2 years they have grown a consulting business from $2m to $12m in the last year with a forecast to achieve $20m in FY 24/25.

With your expertise across a range of industries and technology initiatives, you will use your consulting experience to understand the clients' technology & business needs, evaluate existing systems and processes, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize efficiency and drive business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with a growing sales & consulting team to identify client requirements and deliver tailored technology & transfornation solutions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client IT environments, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategic enhancements.
  • Work closely with clients to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables based on business goals and requirements.
  • Contribute towards detail business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans outlining recommended solutions, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives with technical solutions.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on technology selection, implementation strategies, and change management best practices.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and presentations to communicate recommendations and facilitate project buy-in and adoption.
  • Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery and achievement of business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Manager/Director at a IT Consultancy Practice in technology projects, with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes for large enterprises.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data and translate it into actionable business insights.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for improvements or gaps within Prgorams of work.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expeirence in working with the big 4 consultancy firms would be highly regarded
  • Must be Brisbane based to attend client meetings in Qld.
