Talenza are working with a client dedicated to improving the experience of their customer. As part of their ongoing growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to join their team and take charge of one of their customer apps.

You:

You will be an experienced project manager who has recently worked on a similar customer app. This is a 6-month contract so looking for candidates who can hit the quickly and continue this important piece of work.

The Job:

As a Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end development of a customer application that aims to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You will manage a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and business analysts to ensure the successful delivery of a product that aligns with their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery within budget.

Team Coordination: Foster collaboration among team members, facilitating communication and ensuring everyone is aligned with project objectives.

Customer Focus: Keep the end-user in mind, ensuring the application meets customer needs and delivers an exceptional user experience.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and quality control processes to ensure the application meets high standards of functionality and usability.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in managing projects for customer applications
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A solid understanding of both technical and business aspects of application development
