Head of Domain Architecture Data & AI This is leadership position where you will be reporting to the Director of Architecture, managing a team of Architects. This is an integral key to driving the future state of the business. You will be responsible designing, implementing, and maintaining data & AI architecture strategies and solutions that align with the organisation's goals and objectives. This will include developing data & AI models and architectures, establishing data & AI governance policies, ensuring data & AI security and compliance, and optimising data for efficient data management and analysis.

• Provide thought and execution leadership to make the most of emerging technologies and opportunities such as Generative AI

• Domain architecture strategy and overall architecture for all programs, projects and initiatives under the Data & AI domain

• Creation of the current and future state architectures and architecture roadmap
• Ensure architectural initiatives are aligned with key performance indicators such as architecture fitness, cost efficiency, reusability, speed to market/delivery, and effective data utilisation
• Creation of architecture standards and patterns that create efficiency gains, re-use and agility in systems, processes and delivery
• Identify new technologies and foster innovation

You will have:

• 10+ years of Architectural and Design experience specifically in the data & AI domain
• 5+ years of technical experience including Data & AI platforms (e.g. data warehouse, data lake, AI Models (e.g. GCP), reporting and analytics platforms, AI/ML, knowledge of CDP/DMP technology)
• Previous experience introducing AI solutions to transform business operations and create cost efficiency
• Expertise in leading architect to design and implement modern data solutions
• Experience establishing Data and AI roadmaps and capabilities that support strategies and enablement
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive business strategy through technology
