Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for digital transformation initiatives, from conception through execution and beyond.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and cost constraints.
• Proactively identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager supporting Digital initiatives for large enterprises.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passionate in delivering customer focussed IT Project
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
