Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our clients Project Management Office. In this role, you will develop and execute change management strategies that align with broader goals, ensuring successful adoption and sustainability of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage change plans to achieve business benefits within scope, time, and budget.
  • Implement intuitive change solutions, minimizing human impact.
  • Engage stakeholders effectively and ensure their readiness for change.
  • Monitor and report on change-related risks, issues, and progress.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of our Change Management practices and methodologies.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with diverse groups.
  • Experience in planning and managing change activities and resources.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing change initiatives.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and experience with front-line impacts.
  • Understanding of the Health, Aged Care, or similar sectors is desirable.
  • Valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance required.
