Transformation Group has been engaged to work on a Risk and Control Matrix project for a large scale IT implementation. We are looking for a number of Controls Analyst (Senior Managers) to work on the development of controls documentation for the ERP platform.

The role would suit someone with a consulting background up to Senior Manager with industry experience around FMCG, Supply Chain, Retail or Logistics audit. In addition, the role requires the following knowledge and experience:

• Working with process owners to review process maps to identify relevant risks and associated controls, and ensuring those maps are accurate.
• Updating the process maps with an overlay of risks and controls.
• Ensuring the risks and controls in processes are documented in the Risk and Controls Matrix (RACM)The Controls Analyst would ensure the RACM is comprehensive and complete. This would include:
• Consistency and completeness of risk descriptions, risk ratings, control descriptions, categorisations, IDs, etc (the core data requirements).
• Remediating any identified errors in controls documentation and/or the implementation of changes to improve the documentation.
• Having a Line 2 view on whether the controls effectively mitigate the identified risks.
• Working with people involved in a process to assign risk and control owners, ensuring they understand and are clear on the roles and responsibilities of such. The Controls Analyst will work with those owners to obtain their approval of assigned risks and controls, including design effectiveness endorsement.
• Background or experience in internal controls and/or a controls auditing background with a sound knowledge of risk and controls documentation is necessary. An understanding of Logistics, FMCG or wholesale and food distribution, or retail business would be advantageous.

This is a FTC for 12 months

Salary range of $130-150K Base + Super doe.
