A Business analyst with a strong understanding of ServiceNow and ITIL is required for a client in Energy, based in Brisbane to support them on their efforts to uplift their IT Service Management Software.

Your responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders and SMEs to gather, define, analyse, document, validate and articulate requirements in line with ITIL best practice.
• Provide service mapping design, support and initiatives
• Identify opportunities of improvement
• Working closely with technical writers to document service catalogue management
• Faciliate meetings and workshops with key stakeholders
• Act as a SME on ITSM processess and tools
• Develop KPIS to track the service process and service performance
• Track and report on project progress and deliverables

Essential Requirements

• Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience as BA/Consultant/SME in IT Service Management
• Experience with ITIL and Data Centre Infrastructure is required
• ServiceNow experience is an advantage
• Exprience in Power and Energy sector is also an advantage but not mandatory
• Excellent communications and stakeholder relationship management skills with strong ability to motivate, engage, negotiate and influence.
