The Role:

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in reviewing and analyzing business intentions, services, processes, and information needs. This role is responsible for identifying and documenting necessary changes to drive business improvements and efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders to map out existing and future business processes.

Key Accountabilities:

• Review & Analyze: Evaluate the organization's business intentions, services, processes, and information needs to document and recommend changes that foster business improvements.
• Data Analysis: Interpret organizational data to assess the performance and identify opportunities to maximize efficiencies and service delivery.
• Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to detect trends and assist in prioritizing business needs.
• Requirements Gathering: Identify, analyze, and document user requirements for new business solutions and enhancements.
• Process Optimization: Review and optimize business processes, leveraging technology to enhance value and services for stakeholders. Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Reporting & Metrics: Develop and coordinate internal and external reporting, including visual data representation.
• Project Contribution: Assist in creating project plans, including implementation plans, requirement gathering, specifications, change management, user acceptance testing, and training to support successful business initiatives and strategic goals.
• Technical Advice: Provide insights on performance trends and recommend improvements to support strategic planning and service reforms.

Essential Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in business analysis or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in business solutions design and development, project management, change management, business intelligence, and corporate reporting systems.
• Thorough knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes, or willingness to obtain competence within 12 months.
