As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead and support both staff and volunteers in reviewing and analyzing business intentions, services, processes, and information needs. Your role will involve identifying and documenting necessary changes to drive significant business improvements and support our mission to deliver exceptional emergency services.
Key Accountabilities:
- Strategic & Project-Related Solutions: Manage and support the implementation of business intelligence solutions and reporting frameworks to enhance organizational performance, evidence-based decision making, and accountability.
- Stakeholder Consultation: Consult with stakeholders to map out existing and future business processes, ensuring optimal effectiveness and efficiency.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze and measure performance against organizational goals and objectives, identifying and supporting improvements in business processes.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team in facilitating requirements gathering for projects and process improvements. Develop and support business intelligence, strategic planning processes, and the implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Business Intelligence Development: Develop, analyze, and review business intelligence, analytics, and metrics to support improved organizational performance and business outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence business process improvement, support strategic delivery, and promote organizational efficiency.
- Asset & Resource Management: Lead, manage, and plan for effective and compliant utilization of assets and resources, including budget/financial performance, compliance with governance, work health & safety, and other requirements.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience in complex process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Demonstrated expertise in business process improvement, business intelligence, and reporting.
- Thorough knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes, or willingness to obtain competence within 12 months.
