Description

A marketing specialist with a specialty in conversion optimisation to improve client conversions and GP loyalty for all Health brands, a specialist in telehealth services.

This role is responsible for the customer lifecycle (from sign-up to advocate) and for GP marketing. The main focuses of the role are:

  1. New customer conversions - including analysing client behaviour, conducting tests, and implementing strategies to optimise website
  2. GP marketing - including campaigns and working with engagement managers to target and grow GP referrals.
  3. Customer retention - ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the client's treatment journey (typically lasting from referral through 3-10 appointments), primarily through Hubspot
  1. Conversions throughout the client and GP lifecycle through multiple channels:
  • Website
  • Hubspot CRM / email workflows
  • Offline channels (GP mailout, faxes, etc)
  1. Conversion rates:
  • Lead to signup and signup to booking
  • Repeat bookings
  • C- SAT / NPS
  • Public review ratings
  • referrals
  • Marketing leadership - currently 1 team member based in the Philippines (Hubspot administrator) and vendor management
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Hubspot workflows, user behaviours, and conversion data to identify areas for optimisation
  • Plan and execute A/B and multivariate testing to improve key conversion metrics (e.g., click-through rates, signup rates, open rates)
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic, user behaviours, and conversion data to identify areas for optimisation
  • Develop and implement data-driven hypotheses for conversion optimisation experiments
  • Utilise tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar (heatmaps), Hubspot, session recordings, and customer feedback to gather insights
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team (e.g. design, development) to implement conversion optimisation solutions
  • Continuously monitor and report on the performance of optimisation efforts, providing actionable insights
  • Develop, execute and analyse GP marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with GP engagement managers to align touchpoints and maximise use of automated vs personal outreach
  • Own and manage customer reviews - including C-SAT surveys and external review platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CRO best practices, techniques, and broader customer marketing industry trends
Essential experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in customer marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
  • Expert in Hubspot CRM
  • Strong knowledge of neuroscience as it relates to persuasion theory, techniques and research methods
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis
  • Working knowledge of public review platforms (e.g. Google reviews, TrustPilot, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design best practices
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving measurable results
Desirable qualifications
  • Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Certification in Google Analytics, Optimizely, or other relevant tools
