Role overview: Exciting opportunities have arisen for experienced Solution Designers (mid - Senior) to join one of the leading Big4 Banks as they undergo their major simplification/transformation journey. You will be working alongside a high-calibre team, who have vast growth plans aligned to their multi-year and billion dollar tech roadmap over the coming years.

Deliverables...You'll play a key role in shaping the end-to-end design process, ensuring it aligns with the technical architecture and meets business needs. You'll lead efforts to synchronize the designs created by different teams, making sure they are cohesive and in line with the overarching technical solution. In addition, you'll manage the escalation and resolution of any design or testing issues that cross solution or application boundaries. Evaluating potential risks to the integrity of solutions, including availability, performance, servicing, and compliance, will also be part of your responsibility. Moreover, you'll guide and support less experienced colleagues, providing reviews, advice, and assistance to help them succeed.You will have...

• A strong technical background in software engineering/development
• 4+ years previous experience in a design/architect role working on end to end banking solutions
• Strong financial services domain knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills

In addition, you will specialize in one of the following...

. Expertise in microservices, UI and OR API development . Proficiency in cloud technologies, preferably have built in a cloud native environment
