Seeking a highly skilled Agile Delivery Specialist to join a dynamic team on a 6-month rolling contract basis. If you are passionate about agile methodologies and have a keen interest in driving successful project delivery, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Developing and Implementing Agile Frameworks: Design and implement leading agile processes and frameworks, ensuring consistency in agile delivery across teams.
• Facilitation and Guidance: Lead teams in applying the correct agile methodologies and standards to achieve successful project outcomes aligned with business objectives.
• Meeting Facilitation: Organise and facilitate essential agile meetings, including sprint planning, daily scrums/standups, retrospectives, and other scrum events as required.
• Conflict Resolution: Facilitate communication and resolve any disagreements that may arise within and outside the teams.
• Obstacle Management: Proactively anticipate and remove obstacles that could impede the development teams' progress.
• End-to-End Delivery Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery across various workstreams, managing stakeholders, sprints, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones.
• Support Product Owners: Assist Product Owners with backlog refinement, goal identification, and stakeholder engagement.
• Productivity Enhancement: Drive changes that increase the productivity of the Scrum Team and work collaboratively with other Delivery Leads to improve delivery practices.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports detailing team achievements, risks, issues, and overall progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in agile delivery within a complex environment, preferably in the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to lead and guide teams effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and handle competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
