Join our client in Government as a Change Lead as part of a Change Management team supporting a large program of work to uplift the HR technology capability uplift program. This is based in Brisbane, requiring intrastate travel to roll out communications and training.

Your Responsibilities will include

• Support the development and execution of a fit-for-purpose business process change strategies
• Develop and implement communication plans
• Identify, evaluate, manage and mitigate risks
• Facilitate workshops to support change management activities
• Manage readiness and transition activities
• Develop and deliver any training materials in line with the changes
• Perform analysis and change impact assessments to form the appropriate change strategy and activities
• Identify and manage change resistance
• Provide updates and reports on changes to support project delivery
• Provide Change management mentoring and guidance to build the team's change capabilities

Key Requirements of the ideal candidate

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Change Management with the relevant Change Qualifications (e.g. PROSCI Certified).
• Proven experience on developing change materials including change plans, communication plans, and training materials, change processes etc.
• Proven experience supporting business change through the provision of benefits, risk, change control, quality, finance, resource and information management.
• Strong stakeholder manager with the ability to engage and influence as well as manage resistance to change
• Change experience involving HR system initiatives. SAP myHR or S/4HANA experience is highly regarded.
• This role will be based in the Eight Mile Plains office and may need infrequent travel to the Northside office for stakeholders meetings and training other team members on Change.
