Role Overview:

The Architectural Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing the organization's business intentions, services, processes, and information needs to identify and document changes that drive business improvements. This role involves consulting with stakeholders to map both existing and future business processes, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency across various areas within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and design the architecture of business systems and processes, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and goals.
• Review and analyze business objectives, processes, and information needs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to create scalable and efficient system designs.
• Provide expertise in the mapping of existing and future business processes to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to the organization's architectural framework.
• Document architectural requirements and design specifications.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in business solutions design and development, business analysis, and project management, particularly in ICT projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively review and analyze business objectives, processes, and information needs, and to identify and document opportunities for improvement.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in process engineering or business optimization mapping is highly favorable.
