Talenza has been engaged to source a banking professional with some PMO/PM/BA experience for a lengthy transformation.The role will report directly into the Program Director and will include:

• Attend stakeholder workshops, document minutes and actions
• Update the program plan, roadmap and project hub
• Perform analysis on requirements for RAID reporting and tooling
• Update program-level trackers and dashboards
• Update all relevant assets following change control processes, including roadmap, schedule, dashboards, confluence and Clarity
• Update project scheduling processes and maintain records
• Manage planning administrative tasks

Must have experience:

• 2+ years Business Analysis experience
• 4+ years Project Management and PMO experience, including governance and scheduling
• Banking experience
• Transformation experience, ideally migration or similar
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Project
• Experience using Atlassian tool suite (JIRA, Confluence) and Clarity
• Naturally delivery focused and a self-starter

Contract length: Initial 12M contract with likely extension Day rate: $800-$850 + superLocation: Sydney with office attendance 2 days per week Overseas or interstate candidates will not be considered. Candidates must have full work rights
