Talenza have been engaged to source an experienced Senior Business Analyst for CPS230. Initial 12M contract, $950 - $990 + super per day
Required experience:
- You will have 5+ years' experience within projects and/or delivery of complex programs of work, ideally prior experience on CPS230
- 5+ years' working in a large and complex organisation
- 5+ years' experience in the financial services industry (ideally institutional banking)
Further experience required:
- You will have at least 5 years' Senior Business Analyst experience.
- Expert in process mapping, and experience working on implementation of Target Operating Models.
- Experience in regulatory, risk or compliance programs.
- Experience managing and meeting priorities across more than one program at a time.
- Self-starter and able to navigate through ambiguity.
- Experience producing high quality documentation relevant to your role.
- Management of diverse stakeholder expectations, across different business divisions.
- Experience with agile project processes and tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
- Good communication and influencing skills required to manage significant relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience applying a risk mindset and commercial acumen.
- Client interaction / relationship management experience would be beneficial.
- A relevant tertiary qualification.
