Description
Talenza has been engaged to source a Change Manager with CPS230 and Records Management experience for a 12 month contract within Financial Services. Required experience:
- 6 + years managing Change within complex programs within financial services
- Regulatory, Risk Compliance or data related programs experience
- Scope Definition & Management, Change Delivery Analysis, Stakeholder management
- Agile exposure (Confulence / JIRA)
- Prior experience with institutional banking desirable
- Extensive prior banking experience, ideally Tier 2, Global Bank or Big 4 Bank Length of contract: 12 months with likely extension based on lengthy program pipeline Office attendance: 3 days per week, 2 days WFH Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered for this position.
