Multi-year program on a major Workday Implementation for a well recognised brand who are undertaking extensive business and technology transformations.

We're looking for an experienced Program Test Lead / Manager / Director with experience delivering Workday implementations with Functional and Integration Testing.

Longer term, there is opportunity to build and own the Testing capability for the business.

What will you need to be successful in the role?

• Experience as a Test Lead / Manager / Director within Workday (ideally HR and Finance modules)
• Experience building Test Strategies for Workday modules
• Experience delivering Testing pieces of work that are high quality, at speed
• Prior/current experience as a Management Consultant is desirable
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
