Overview:We are seeking an experienced Capability Delivery Director to lead project delivery within a Payroll Capability and Human Resource Management program. This senior leadership role ensures projects are aligned with tranche plans, meet organisational objectives, and deliver anticipated benefits. You will manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring quality, managing risks, and guiding cross-functional teams towards success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Capability Delivery function, overseeing successful project execution.
• Manage the integrated master schedule and ensure timely delivery across program tranches.
• Develop and review key program documents such as the Program Management Plan and Tranche Plan.
• Implement MSP (Managing Successful Programs) program processes and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure project deliverables meet standards.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, ensuring program-wide success through risk management and collaboration.

What You Need:

• Proven senior leadership experience in project management and delivery.
• Strong understanding of MSP (Managing Successful Programs) methodology and quality assurance frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage risks and drive collaborative solutions.

Additional Requirements:

• ACT Government CMTEDD Personnel Vetting (Baseline clearance equivalent) or ability to obtain.
