A leading organization in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive IT Security project experience to support its Security Program. This role will focus on enhancing the organization's security posture and driving alignment with strategic business objectives.

Your responsibilities:

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and documentation. Support in providing innovative solutions to meet those requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with various stakeholders including regularly liaising with Technical SMEs
• Ability to be involved multiple initiatives
• Supporting change management and communications
• Presenting updates and project progress and reports
• Conduct process, data and gap analysis.
• Manage and deliver change
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Contribute to overall continuous improvement of Cyber Security processes
• Collaborate with team members, vendors and stakeholders to ensure clarity and quality of development and delivery

Essential Requirements

• Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry experience
• Strong proven experience in Cyber Security initiatives
• Experience in Financial Services or Energy sector is highly regarded
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with Technical SMEs
• Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
