Talenza's client, a leading finance organisation based in the Gold Coast, is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst. Your expertise in financial crime initiatives and ability to collaborate within an Agile environment will be key to driving innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

Your responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, validate and articulate both technical and business needs & requirements.
- Provide innovative technology solutions to meet those requirements.
- Translate technical and business speak to each other.
- Use your knowledge of Agile environments to ensure adoption and increase Agile maturity in your team
- Manage and deliver change
- Support scrum activities including sprints, stand ups and scrum ceremonies
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Contribute to overall continuous improvement
- Ensure consistency and adhere to the ways of working of the organisation
- Collaborate with team members, vendors and stakeholders to ensure clarity and quality of development and delivery
- Support and testing of functional, non-functional changes for critical systems
Essential Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent industry experience.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Demonstrated success in highly regulated industries.
- Essential experience working on IT projects related to financial crimes including knowledge of KYC or AML or CTF etc.
- Data Analysis and SQL experience is highly regarded
- Proficiency with collaboration and tracking tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Agile methodologies; certification is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to motivate, engage, negotiate, and influence effectively.
