Talenza are partnering with a top tier Bank in the search for a Senior Manager within Risk, to play a pivotal role in driving positive change within their Risk culture and appetite.

This is an exciting day rate contract role, offering the opportunity to rub shoulders with some very senior stakeholders across the organisation, impacting a shift in how the Bank operates from a Risk and Compliance perspective.

This is ideally suited to a commercial individual, with a growth mindset and exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills. You will be articulate, both in the written and verbal form, as well as being able to produce exceptional business artefacts.

You will always be mindful of the customer and the importance of delivering high class levels of service, as well as being conscious of the internal values of the organisation.
