Organisation:Join a consulting partner in a high-impact, multi-year finance transformation within the healthcare sector. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a significant Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation, collaborating with a skilled team focused on delivering value and innovation in healthcare finance systems.Role Overview:We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Test Analyst to support end-to-end testing for our Dynamics 365 F&O transformation project. This role involves developing and executing test cases, ensuring accurate defect tracking, and maintaining high-quality deliverables across the testing phases. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in working within a structured testing environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing within Dynamics F&O.
  • Identify, document, and manage defects through Azure DevOps, collaborating with developers and business analysts to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain test documentation, including test plans, scripts, and results, ensuring clear and accurate records for audit and tracking.
  • Work closely with your Test Lead and business stakeholders to gather testing requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Provide regular test status updates and quality metrics, highlighting issues and potential risks to project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, with exposure to ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA) and knowledge of testing methodologies within Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end testing processes and defect management in ERP or financial systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to document findings clearly and work with stakeholders at all levels.
