Are you an Agile Business Analyst with a passion for driving business success through strategic analysis and agile practices? We're looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and has the skills to bring clarity to complex business challenges.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing consultancy. This consultant will have the opportunity to support an enterprise business transformation aiming to revolutionise the ways of working through innovative, modern technology.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead Agile Processes: Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring effective team collaboration.
  • Analyse and Prioritise Requirements: Conduct high-level analysis to understand business needs, prioritise requirements, and create actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on project goals and resolve competing priorities.
  • Use Agile Tools: Utilise Jira and other agile tools to manage project backlogs, track progress, and ensure alignment with Agile best practices.
  • Identify Pain Points: Articulate business challenges clearly and work with teams to develop solutions that address key issues.

About You:

  • Expert agile practitioner including running scrum teams, JIRA proficiency and driving day to day backlogs
  • Ability to work with business SME stakeholders to extract highly technical requirements into user stories
  • Proven experience in navigating challenging business landscapes, managing stakeholder scarcity, and balancing competing priorities
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to conduct high-level analysis while extracting valuable insights for strategic business decisions
  • Experience in consulting or health care is highly advantageous
