What will you be doing in the role?

  • The Global POS Integration Lead is responsible for all POS integration solutions offered to customers globally
  • Ensuring the company has the right POS interfaces operational, in the right countries, and compliant with local requirements, to meet the needs of existing and prospective customers
  • Manage the execution of a roadmap of development that ensures the business stays ahead of demand
  • Guides the design, architecture and development of POS development work, ensuring delivery of customer requirements and meet the technical and compliance requirements of POS interfaces globally
  • Work closely with the Product, Software, Operations and Sales teams

What will you need to be successful?

  • Experience with POS systems - Simphony being the key tool but not essential
  • Have some prior knowledge of, or ability to quickly understand other global POS systems
  • Have well rounded technical experience in POS, including across design, architecture, development and support
  • Ability to develop strategic roadmaps and grow the POS/Payments product & service offerings
  • A network in POS and ability to leverage this network where required
  • Knowledge of Payments processes/protocols
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders from all parts of the business, including C-Suite
