Talenza has partnered with a fast-growing SaaS startup on a mission to revolutionise workforce software and be a market leader in Fire Security across the globe for businesses. We're seeking a passionate, experienced and hands-on Head of Product to lead their product strategy and execution. As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for executing the product vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs. You'll lead a talented team of product managers and collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales to drive product development from ideation to launch. Your insights will be crucial in optimising their offerings and enhancing user experience to achieve and exceed growth targets. What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience working for a market leader in product
• Ideally you have been part of a journey that has led a startup into scaleup mode
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling B2B SaaS products.
• People from a consultancy background would be super interesting
• Someone happy building products vs looking to manage big team
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
• You can lead from the front and work closely with C-Suite
• A strategic thinker who is also detail-oriented and execution-focused.
