Organisation : You will be working for an enterprise diversified media and information services company with more than 150 prestigious brands across news, sport and lifestyle, reaching over 17 million Australians. They are headquartered in the heart of Sydney with a hybrid working environment.

Head of Enterprise Architecture This is leadership position where you will be reporting to the Director of Architecture, managing a team of Architects at the forefront of digital and technology innovation, driving the future state of the business. You will provide thought and execution leadership to make the most of emerging technologies and opportunities such as Generative AI.

• Set the strategic direction for enterprise architecture, championing architecture and strategy that is scalable, adaptable, and synchronised with business needs and the complexity of a modern digital business
• Creation of the current and future state enterprise architecture and strategy driven architecture roadmap.
• Drive business architecture, value chain and enterprise alignment across all domains
• Creation of architecture standards and patterns that create efficiency gains, re-use and agility into systems, processes and delivery.
• Identify new technologies and foster innovation

You will have:

• 10+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience, ideally leading a team in this area
• Establishing architectural practice with governance, framework, process and artefacts
• Experience enabling technology strategy and Enterprise Architecture roadmaps with digital products: CRM, SaaS, Martech, Integrations
• Experience leading large scale initiatives from ideation through to delivery
• Expertise in leading and building architectural teams
• Experience establishing roadmaps and capabilities that support strategies and enablement
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive business strategy through technology
