A key client of Talenza, within the Finance industry, requires a Portfolio Delivery lead to support Digital Customer Initiatives to meet compliance requirements. With similar experience, you will bring your expertise to allocate resources, work with various parts of the business and guide delivery teams in meeting delivery requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of customer-centric digital and payments projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to drive delivery, achieving milestones within timeline, and budget.
• Develop and manage project roadmaps, ensuring clear objectives for each initiative and aligning resources effectively.
• Ensure all initiatives meet data matching compliance requirements, managing and mitigating any risks related to regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with regulatory, risk, and compliance teams to ensure all solutions meet current finance industry standards and protocols.
• Provide leadership and support to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practice delivery.
• Use data-driven insights to enhance project outcomes and inform strategic decision-making.
• Act as a point of contact between stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication on project progress, challenges, and deliverables.
• Track and report on portfolio performance, leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) to highlight success areas and identify improvement opportunities.

Essential Requirememts of the ideal candidate

• Extensive proven experience as a Delivery Lead or Project manager on Digital and Payment initiatives within the Financial Services industry
• End to End delivery experience
• Proven experience in collaborating with various parts of the business, engaging and building strong relationships, leading delivery teams to support strategic/compliance outcomes
• Relevant certifications and qualifications in project management
• High level of communication skills with proven capabilities in reporting and presenting to Executives and high level stakeholders
