Organisation:You will be joining a consulting partner on a high-profile multi-year transformation engagement within the Healthcare sector. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Macquarie business park 2113 with 3 days on site.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Test Lead to manage the testing strategy, planning, and execution of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test management, a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics F&O, and proven experience in leading cross-functional testing efforts across complex ERP implementations. The Test Lead will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of deliverables throughout the project life-cycle, coordinating with stakeholders, and optimising test processes to ensure a successful deployment. Key responsibilities:

• Define and implement a comprehensive testing strategy for the Dynamics F&O program, including functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with project requirements, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and end-users to gather testing requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure clear communication throughout the testing phases.
• Lead and mentor a team of testers, ensuring effective resource allocation, skill development, and adherence to testing best practices.
• Manage defect identification, tracking, and resolution processes to ensure timely reporting and effective resolution of issues.
• Recommend and implement appropriate test automation tools and frameworks for regression and repetitive testing tasks to improve efficiency.
• Identify testing-related risks and issues, providing proactive solutions to mitigate them and ensure project stability and quality.
• Provide regular test status updates, quality metrics, and progress reports to project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in test management / leadership, with a focus on ERP systems and ideally on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or other Dynamics modules.In-depth understanding of Dynamics F&O architecture, modules, and functionalities.
• Strong knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA) and testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience in creating, managing, and executing both manual and automated test cases.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically to troubleshoot and solve problems.
