Head of Enterprise Architecture
- Senior leadership position reporting directly to CIO
- Establish and lead Enterprise Architecture practice from ground zero
- Salary $250,000 - $300,000 + super depending on experience
Organisation : You will be working for internationally renowned healthcare provider with specialist operations in laboratory medicine / pathology, radiology, and clinical services. They are headquartered in the heart of Sydney CBD with a hybrid working environment.
Head of Enterprise Architecture This is leadership position where you will be reporting directly to the CIO. This is a new role within the organisation. We are looking for a transformational leader to come and set-up the strategy and drive the largest transformation in the history of the business. You will provide thought, execution and architectural leadership services, and advice to drive the target state of information technology landscape to support business, customers and patients.
- Establish and lead Enterprise Architecture practice from ground zero
- Set the strategic direction for architecture and strategy - Capability maps, reference architecture
- Drive business architecture, value chain and enterprise alignment
- Identify and introduce technologies to foster innovation
You will have:
- Previously established and led enterprise architecture practices
- 10 + years Architectural experience across multiple disciplines and domains
- Well versed architectural frameworks (Togaf, Zachman) and enterprise architecture tools
- Experience in leading a high performing Architecture Function in a complex IT environment with a mix of: inhouse built, off the shelf and "as a service" solutions
- Experience in providing Architecture Services in a diversity of delivery models e.g. Waterfall and Agile.
- A balanced approach to operating in both strategic and tactical spheres to deliver outcomes (progress over perfection).
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining Business Capability Maps and leveraging them to form Capability & IT Roadmaps.
- Experience in architecting in a highly regulated industry.
- The ability to communicate complex technical concepts in business terms
