The Senior DevSecOps Engineer will make a huge impact on the Technology environment. This is a Greenfield role, responsible for all things DevSecOps and ensuring all deployments are extremely secure!

What will you be doing?

• Owning DevSecOps across the business, working closely with the Cyber Security Manager and other Technology Leaders
• Bring the DevSecOps lifecycle to the business, bringing team members together as required
• Build policies, procedures and processes for DevSecOps, leveraging prior experience and market knowledge
• Coach and guide the various Engineering teams on best practices and principles for secure code deployment
• Work closely with the Engineers to understand the code

What will you need to be successful?

• Have experience building a DevSecOps capability from scratch prior
• Strong communicator, able to coach and guide Engineers and other teams
• Be up to date with modern Cyber Security and DevSecOps tools/tech/best practice
• Be hands on, get involved and show initiative - walk the talk!
• Experience with API's, scripting, coding, Azure environment (preferable)
• Experience with a wide range of DevSecOps technologies - it will be up to this person to decide what is used!

This role requires candidates to be in Melbourne, with a hybrid working environment. It also requires Australian Citizenship or PR.
