As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development and enhancement of products in the investments and financial advice domain. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and compliance, to drive product vision, strategy, and execution. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering customer-centric financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for investment and financial advice offerings.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly products.
Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to align product initiatives with business goals.
Develop and track key product metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
Act as a thought leader in the financial technology space, driving innovation and best practices.
Qualifications:
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in the financial services or fintech industry.
Proven track record of delivering successful investment or financial advice products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree in finance, business, or related field.
Certifications such as CFA, CFP, or similar.
Experience working with digital investment platforms
