Are you a Change Manager looking for an opportunity to do some good? We have an opportunity with a Not-For-Profit client. You will work in a hybrid and supportive environment, driving their change management strategies and process improvements to ensure successful IT project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and coordinate change management efforts, including planning, implementation activities, and communication strategies.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and reports.

• Analyse business needs and processes to design and implement change strategies, ensuring a smooth business transition.

• Provide Change Impact Assessments addressing the effects of change on staff, customers, and solutions.

• Take charge of risk management related to project change adoption, focusing on addressing change resistance and developing strategies to mitigate risks.

• Provide improvements on change processes.

• Oversee the execution of business transition activities, ensuring smooth implementation and availability of post-implementation support for users as required.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and ensure that they are adhering to change management processes.
• Assist in maintaining the quality management system, ensuring documentation is current, effective, and compliant with all regulations.

Essential Requirements:

• A Change Management qualification/certification (including frameworks for change and communication management), such as ACMP.
• Minimum 3 years of expeirence in Change Management driving Business transformation and IT system implementation.
• Expertise in business process management including process improvement, process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Must have a current driver's licence.
• Police Check, Working with Children Blue Card and Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check required (can be obtained after).
