Role Title: Change Manager x2
Location: Sydney, NSW
Engagement: 12 Month Max Term Contact
Salary: Up to $175K Base + Super
As a Change Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading the successful adoption of new technologies across the organisation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies that ensure smooth transitions, mitigate resistance, and maximize the benefits of technology investments. This is a high-impact role where your ability to execute will drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute change management plans that align with the goals of our technology transformation program.
- Partner with stakeholders at all levels to assess change readiness and identify potential risks.
- Design and deliver targeted communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Facilitate training programs and workshops to equip teams with the skills and knowledge needed for adoption.
- Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives, using data to adjust strategies as needed.
- Act as a hands-on problem solver, addressing challenges swiftly to maintain momentum.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Change Manager in technology transformation projects.
- A track record of being a "do-er" who delivers on commitments and overcomes obstacles.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess impact and measure success.
- Practical knowledge of change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
- Familiarity with agile practices is a plus.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for making things happen.
