Job Title: Program Change Lead

Location: Sydney, NSW

Type: 12 Month Max Term Contract

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Change Lead to deliver the people and organisational transformation aspect of a high-profile, enterprise-scale technology transformation program. This is a pivotal role that blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, ensuring the organisation and its stakeholders successfully adopt and realize the full benefits of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Change Leadership:
    • Partner with business executives and senior leaders to define the change strategy, aligning it with program goals and organizational priorities.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights and guidance on change impacts and readiness.
  • Hands-on Change Delivery:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption strategies.
    • Conduct detailed impact assessments to identify risks, resistance points, and opportunities for reinforcement.
    • Lead the creation of targeted interventions to address barriers to change and accelerate adoption.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:
    • Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across the organization, including executives, program teams, and frontline staff.
    • Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to capture insights and inform change initiatives.
  • Measurement and Reporting:
    • Define success metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of change activities.
    • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Change Lead or similar role in enterprise-scale transformation programs, ideally in technology-driven initiatives (ERP and/or HRIS Systems)
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with C-suite executives and senior leaders, providing strategic advice and fostering collaboration.
  • Strong expertise in change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
  • Hands-on experience in delivering change management activities, including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and communication plans.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical, results-oriented solutions.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery environments and understanding of how change management integrates with agile methodologies.
  • Experience in consulting or higher education is highly favourable
