What You'll Do

• Define and lead end-to-end solution architecture for business service lines, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts.
• Own solution design throughout the project lifecycle-from initiation to implementation.
• Facilitate solution workshops, driving stakeholder consensus and aligning designs with enterprise standards.
• Document and present comprehensive architecture across application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure domains.
• Work closely with enterprise architects and participate in Architecture Review Boards.
• Continuously improve solution architecture practices and processes.

About You

• Experience: 8+ years as a Solution Architect or equivalent, preferably in financial services or insurance.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise:
  • Designing and delivering end-to-end solution architectures for medium to large-scale projects.
  • Communicating technical concepts to business stakeholders with a focus on value.
  • Managing multiple vendors and driving technical discussions to resolution.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Salesforce, Guidewire, Mulesoft, AWS services, and automation (RPA).
• Certifications: TOGAF or similar architecture framework certification.
• Key Attributes: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management.
