Organisation:
Come contract for Global Salesforce Partner that specialise in Financial Services, Public Sector and Non-for-profit implementations. They have flexible working arrangements with hybrid offices.
Role:
For a Senior Salesforce Administrator there is an expectation for some development capabilities. You will be responsible for the ongoing administration, configuration, and customisation of the Salesforce platform, as well as developing and implementing advanced solutions to meet business requirements. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices. This is an operational role that will require the day-to-day management of the platform, troubleshooting, release management and CI/CD experience to ensure the continual integrity of the environment.
You will have:
- 4+ years Salesforce Administrator experience
- 2+ years Salesforce development exposure
- Must be Salesforce Administrator certified and PD1 highly advantageous
- Knowledge and experience in administering Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Experience working with Conga, Jira and Confluence
- Ability to create flows, lighting forms configure objects, fields, layouts etc. in SFDC, ensuring alignment with requirements and existing security and structure
- Basic coding experience with APEX and LWC will be required
- Salesforce User Management and Setup
- Experience leading change and Release Processes
- Management and Service Request Management
- Experience in debugging or troubleshooting complex problems
- Experience in writing technical documentation or user documentation
- The initiative to run with a request/incident with minimal support and to escalate when required
