Job Title: Change Analyst
Contract: 12 Month Max Term Contract
Salary: Up to $165K Base + Super

Key Responsibilties:

• Lead Change Initiatives: Manage the end-to-end change lifecycle for projects, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Impact Assessment Expertise: Leverage your strong background in conducting thorough impact assessments to inform change strategies and mitigate risks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align on objectives and secure buy-in.
• Change Delivery: Develop and execute communication, training, and adoption plans tailored to stakeholder needs.
• Monitor Success: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure change effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Change Analyst, with demonstrated expertise in impact assessments and change planning.
• A strategic thinker with a strong ability to connect the dots between business objectives, project deliverables, and people outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage with diverse audiences.
• A natural leader who inspires collaboration and drives accountability across teams.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR) and project management principles.
• Passionate about driving meaningful change and continuously learning.
• Experience within the education or consulting industry are highly favourable
