Director of Corporate Technology

• Executive leadership position reporting directly to CIO

• Salary $250,000 - $300,000 + super depending on experience

Director of Corporate Technology
This is a critical leadership role, reporting directly to the CIO, with a mandate to shape the future enterprise technology. This role encompasses the management of ERP systems, enterprise applications, and the organisation's data capability and strategy. We are looking for a transformational leader to come and set-up the strategy to drive largest transformation in the history of the business. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role provides strategic guidance to enable data-driven decision-making and ensures the seamless operation of corporate applications to support core business objectives.

• Own the corporate technology portfolio: Finance, HR, CRM, Data
• Set the strategic direction for technology modernisation and adoption

You will have:

• 8+ years of strategic leadership in corporate/enterprise applications, data, and business intelligence.
• Proven track record in successfully delivering technology projects, including large-scale ERP and BI solutions.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and hybrid data solution

• Strong leadership skills with a history of managing and developing diverse teams.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise applications, data management, and analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives successfully
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
