Are you ready to lead transformative change in an organization shaping the future of energy? Join our well known Energy client as a Change Manager, where you'll play a critical role in driving strategic projects and business transformation initiatives.



About the Role

As a Change Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering seamless transitions in a rapidly evolving energy landscape. Reporting to the Senior Change Management Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and implement tailored change management strategies and plans for diverse projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to assess change impacts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement through comprehensive communication and engagement strategies.
  • Design and deliver training programs to foster employee adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Monitor and measure change progress, identifying barriers and implementing solutions to drive success.
  • Create engaging change management collateral, including presentations, training materials, and communications.
  • Coach and guide project sponsors, leaders, and employees to embed lasting change.
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), Business Change, and other leadership teams to ensure a unified approach to transformation.

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Change Management, or equivalent experience.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and knowledge of relevant frameworks.
  • Proven experience leading change programs in large, complex organizations, ideally within the utilities or energy sector.
  • Proficiency in integrating change management activities into project plans.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to develop innovative, logical solutions.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in the energy sector or utilities.
  • Additional certifications in project management or Learning & Development.
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level change management tools and methodologies.
